The Earth is the homeworld of the human race. After The Shearing it is discovered that the Earth is a nexus world. A nexus world is any mortal world that is directly connected to 4 or more other worlds by the axis mundi.

The Earth has four known connections. Gaea, Nibiru, Svartalfheim and Kimon. More connections are guessed to exist but haven’t been confirmed.

Homeworld of the Elves. It is made up of three continents and countless islands. The three continents are Arcadia, Hyperborea, and Luilekkerland.

Gaea is connected to Earth and Nibiru by the World Tree and is attached to the pocket universe called the Shadow Lands.

Kimon is the homeworld of the orcs. It is made up of an unknown number of continents and was once considered a paradise. Now, most of the surface is a blasted wasteland covered in lava flows and volcanoes. 

Kimon is connected to Earth and Svartalfheim by the World Pillars. More connections are suspected but unconfirmed. 

Nibiru is the homeworld of the kefali. There is one primary continent with a sea in the center and a smaller continent in the south eastern corner. It is divided into seven major countries, each ruled from one of the Seven Cities of Gold. 

Nibiru is connected to Earth, Gaea and Byyu by the axis mundi.

Svartalfheim is the homeworld of the dwarves. It has one primary landmass with a few smaller continents and islands.  

Svartalfheim is connected to Earth and Kimon by Ygdrassil.
